My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and Trauma-Informed. I provide counseling services in English and Spanish.

As a therapist, I create a safe space for exploring what's not working in your life, helping you reconnect with yourself and others. While our experiences are unique, we all share common feelings – and feelings are my expertise. No matter how overwhelming things seem, I can help you process, understand, and accept your emotions, thoughts, and memories. I offer an inclusive, judgment-free environment where vulnerability is welcomed. As an active listener, I provide respectful, honest, and empathetic feedback, often with a touch of humor. Your beliefs will always be respected and validated. I take a holistic approach, considering your mind, body, soul, and cultural background. Together, we'll use your strengths to develop strategies for a more fulfilling, confident life. I'm passionate about discovering the best techniques to help you reach your goals. Growing up in a diverse island community, I celebrate uniqueness and authenticity. I'm humbled by the opportunity to be trusted with your experiences and amazed by human resilience. I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and Latinx individuals.
