By engaging in new behaviors, recalibrating a false alarm cycle and learning effective skills, we can create authenticity and a balanced lifestyle.

I have a passion to help the underserved and stigmatized populations and it began on my homeland, the Navajo Indian Reservation. I value time spent with my German Shepherd, Maximus, as well as my family and friends with whom I drink lots of coffee and eat frybread. I currently treat those with obsessive compulsive, anxiety and trauma related disorders. As humans, we learn through behavior and choosing effective behaviors can be challenging. I specialize in Exposure Response Treatment (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and DBT with prolonged exposure (DBT-PE). ERP is where clients expose themselves to the thoughts, images, objects and situations that currently trigger unhelpful behaviors. With the help of a treatment team, a client will retrain their brain to respond effectively. On average, clients who complete our evidenced-based treatment experience 50-70% symptom reduction. Life is full of uncertainty and joy and it should not be controlled by avoidance, fear, unrelenting worry, disturbing thoughts and/or exhausting behaviors. You deserve to live a value-based life where you're in control.
