My goal is to encourage children, adolescents, and adults to learn about themselves and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My expertise includes working with youth and adults with: ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Behavior Issues, Depression, LGBTQIA+, Life Transitions, and Self-Esteem. For children, I utilize non-directive play therapy which allows space for self-expression and to gain understanding. For adolescents and adults, I provide a safe environment to process and move forward. Brené Brown said: “I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” Beginning counseling can be a challenging and sometimes overwhelming process.
