Joshua Germain
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
I am passionate about helping clients explore and embrace areas of discomfort that can lead to healing and wholeness.
Have you ever felt like there are parts of your identity and your relationships that you have lost touch with? Many of us live our lives disconnected from the current moment, from those around us, and from our true self. The truth is, we cannot numb one part of ourselves without numbing who we are as a whole. I am passionate about partnering alongside individuals, couples, and families in the pursuit of discovering wholeness. My approach is holistic, systemic, and collaborative, as I seek to promote long-lasting change through the safety and trust that is formed within the therapeutic relationship. With there being so many ways to find temporary relief, it is easier than ever to avoid uncomfortable emotions and situations. I invite you into the process of leaning into discomfort in order to experience a revitalized sense of emotional connectedness to yourself, others, and the world around you. If you are reading this, I admire the bravery that you have already shown by looking for help. If you would like to see if I am the right fit for you and the goals that you would like to reach, please feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
