I provide a safe, supportive, and open space to help my clients find healing for themselves

Sometimes life can be unpredictable. We all find ourselves at times feeling lost, or like we need someone to walk with us to help make sense of what’s going on. I work with all clients age 16 and up, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, adjustment issues, self esteem issues, and life transitions. I also work specifically with coping strategies for individuals with other mental health issues such as ADHD and OCD, among others, both as part of therapy as a whole, or in specific shorter treatment such as ADHD coaching, depending on the need. My approach to therapy is heavily influenced by a trust in my client's ability to heal themselves once they are equipped with knowledge and self awareness of their experiences. I emphasize psycho-education and help my client's regain control over their lives. My role is to guide my clients to helpful decisions and coping strategies. I know that it takes a lot of courage and effort to decide to come to therapy. So if you're reading this, I want you to know that you've already taken a very important step! I will strive to honor that by creating a safe space to continue your journey together.
