Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I offer a safe space where you feel supported to build enthusiasm for change and develop practical skills and solutions that will best meet your needs
I am a licensed mental health counselor and a nationally certified school psychologist. I began working with youth in 2002 and earned my Master of Arts in Education in Counseling and my Education Specialist degrees from Seattle University in 2008. I worked in school settings for 12 years before starting my private counseling practice in 2019. Prior to my work in mental health, I was a marketing director in tech. This range of life experiences provides me with a unique understanding of the demands impacting clients and an extensive set of tools to meet those needs.
