Jessica Freer
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
As partners, we will work through the struggles, experiences, and patterns that no longer serve you to create balance and wellness tailored for you.
I specialize in working with teenagers and adults to find the patterns in their lives that are no longer helpful, and to empower them to make choices fueled by personal values. I've worked in outpatient practice for over 2 years and have experience working with inpatient eating disorders, school-aged children, college students, and individual adults. I specialize in relationship patterns, self-esteem, eating disorders, anxiety/depression, OCD, and more. As partners, we'll work through the struggles, transitions, and distress that brought you to therapy in order to create balance and wellness tailored for your life. I use a variety of methods to explore all the parts of the self in a safe and non-judgmental way, including cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and attachment theories. For all my clients, I bring a warm, holistic perspective to my therapy space, and I aim to both accept and challenge you in meaningful ways. Sometimes therapy can feel cold and clinical, but together, we'll create an authentic therapeutic relationship as real people and work towards what mental wellness means for you!
