We all need a bit of support in our lives at one time or another. My goal is to partner with my clients to be this support.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois with 7 years of professional work experience in a setting with diverse client populations. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to set goals and make positive changes in their lives. with stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, executive functioning and career difficulties. We all deserve to be heard and have our feelings validated. I will work with you to develop goals for your therapy sessions. My counseling approach is client-centered, collaborative and empathetic. Often, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, to facilitate examining your thoughts, behaviors & emotions to make progress to your goals. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared openly and judgment-free. My client’s partnership and feedback is important to me to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment is cultivated. Reaching out for support and finding a therapist is a courageous first step toward reaching your goals. I am available virtually weekdays and most evenings.
