Jennifer (Jen) Skorch
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I specialize in working with helpers, givers, and fixers on relationship issues, perfectionism, people pleasing, anxiety, and burnout.
You work hard to make sure everyone around you is taken care of. You have set aside your own goals, hopes, and dreams and prioritized others. At this point, you may not know what you want and need anymore. You may even feel resentful toward people you’re caring for because you have no time or energy left for you. As an individual and couples therapist, I have supported many people through this journey of rediscovering joy and meaning in their lives and relationships. I can help you better understand your past, overcome obstacles, and arm you with tools that you will need to bridge the gap between wanting change and actually making changes. I can help identify what you want and need, set healthy boundaries, and advocate assertively for yourself. I will challenge you to take risks and tolerate discomfort.
