I am a mindfulness teacher, a psychotherapist, a mother of two young adults, and a lover of the outdoors. I am passionate about working with those impacted by traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. It is my goal to assist clients with moving beyond the past, building satisfying relationships in the present, maximizing the simple pleasures of life, and setting intentions for tomorrow. I enjoy working with those in early adulthood through middle adulthood.
