Hilary Russell
Physician Assistant
Ultimately, my goal is to help each patient feel seen, gain the tools they need to thrive, and experience lasting growth and well-being.
With over five years of experience as a Physician Assistant across psychiatry, hospital medicine, dermatology, and clinical research, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to mental health care. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and OCD. I earned my Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida. My medical training and professional experiences have provided me with a broad and integrated perspective on patient care, reinforcing my belief that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. I’ve also been shaped by my own journey with anxiety, which deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment for others. My patients often seek greater emotional clarity, resilience, and support in reaching their mental health goals. I believe in a collaborative, whole-person approach to care that emphasizes trust, lifestyle balance, and ongoing education—for both patients and providers.
