I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Arizona State University. I provide individual and family services to children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQ+, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions and self-harm. I am an inquisitive therapist and follow a person-centered approach. I believe that when it comes to therapy one size does not fit all, therefore, I integrate evidence-based practices to help meet your needs and individualized treatment goals. My ultimate goal is to create a judgement free environment for you to feel safe and understood, while promoting development and assisting you regain a positive quality of life.
