I offer in person and online psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I help people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Are you feeling lost in your life? Are you haunted by painful memories or experiences from your past? Are you using drugs and alcohol or other unhealthy coping mechanisms just to feel alright? Are you unsatisfied with the level of intimacy and trust in your close relationships? Everyone encounters difficult times in life - if you are suffering you are not alone. Life can be a difficult ride sometimes, but you don’t need to suffer endlessly. By reaching out for help, by telling your story and truly being heard, by opening up and making space for your healing, you open the door to the possibility of a better way to be in relationship with yourself and your life. Being truly heard in your suffering, and speaking it out loud to a neutral but compassionate third party can help you make sense of where you are stuck, and how to move forward towards more fulfillment in your life. Making the space in your life to uncover and witness the painful parts of your life allows you to take stock of where you are at and begin to move forward.
