Hannah Fisher
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Dedicated to helping young adults in Santa Cruz County, I specializes in partnering with those facing depression, self-harm, suicide, stress, and trauma.
I have an understanding of how to collaborate with teachers, psychiatrists, others to support young adults on their wellness journey. At the start of therapy, I create a safe, non-judgmental space for students to share their concerns. The next stage is about connection, communication, and coping. Clients' painful experiences are unique. Together, we discover the root causes and create a plan to achieve their desired outcomes for their mental health. My heart is to utilize evidence-based interventions that best suit the individual. I prioritize clients' goals and teach them a skill to practice in between sessions in order to produce desired outcomes. With a genuine passion for serving this population, I partner with them on a transformative path towards emotional resilience and a happier, healthier life. Creating a secure space, I empower my clients to courageously confront the issues they face. I commit to honoring their authenticity and willingness to share their stories ensures that they feel heard and valued every step of the way.
