Hannah Brown
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
My therapeutic approach is rooted in connection and curiosity. Together we will create a therapeutic space that cultivates self-exploration and growth.
I am a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals across all stages of life in building self-awareness and embracing their innate strengths and capabilities. In my practice, I aim to co-create a space that supports your self exploration, growth and skill building. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions, and adjusting to significant events such as starting or finishing college, entering the workforce, managing relationships, parenting (of all ages and stages), coping with burnout, adapting to illness (with a special focus on cancer), and processing grief. I am also trained as a facilitator for Circle of Security Parenting, a reflective parenting program helping parents develop secure attachment relationships with their children.
