Hanna Burge
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
My passion is working with college student struggling with self esteem, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, and depression.
I believe as a therapist I get the opportunity to see you as you truly are- the good, the complicated, the messy, and be able to sit with you in deep empathy and grace because I believe that we are all are imperfect and hotwired to struggle. My hope is you no longer have to struggle alone, for me to hear your story and help shoulder the pain, making the therapeutic process a sacred place where you can be seen, heard, and validated. I am a strong believer that everything we do makes sense in the context of our experiences and how they have impacted our personal identities and relationship with those around us. My desire is to help others build awareness around who they are and why they do they things they do in a space that safe, nonjudgmental, and grace giving. I also have a passion working with individuals who have experienced any form of sexual trauma. Outside of the therapy room, you will find me out in nature hiking out at the Buffalo Natural River with my pup and Husband, and stretching myself creatively through photography. Nature has always been therapeutic for me, so you will find me outside chasing the next adventure any chance I get.
