I am passionate about supporting people who experience anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, and grief. I welcome people from all backgrounds.

Hello! I am Glenn, a student at Northwestern’s School of Counseling studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am interning at A Different Attitude Counseling in Cary, North Carolina. I am passionate about supporting people who experience anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, and grief. My ideal clients are people who are seeking to understand themselves better and work towards acceptance, compassion, and freedom when it comes to their internal dialogue. Being a therapist has always been a dream of mine due to how positively impactful it is when you are truly seen, valued, and heard by another individual. I believe that, together, we can work to create a space where you feel safe, validated, and accepted so that the spaces you occupy outside of the therapy room can be moved into with more ease.
