Struggling with mental health challenges can deeply affect relationships, work, and overall happiness, often at the core of anxiety and depression. I partner with individuals to create lasting transformation by easing current symptoms while also exploring and understanding the root causes of their struggles. I take the time to truly understand each person’s unique experiences and how they impact their life, both in the past and present. I use a holistic, integrated approach that combines person-centered, feminist, and multicultural theories. I’m passionate about working with individuals navigating relationships, women’s issues, family of origin dynamics, and BIPOC/Asian American identity. My ultimate goal is to guide you in healing and discovering a renewed sense of identity and fulfillment. In therapy, I offer a relational approach that is warm, compassionate, and deeply attuned to your needs.
