Let’s be real, anxiety is a b!tch. I can help, let’s chat! https://gemtherapyllc.com/
Check out my Website to learn more about me and for up to date information on when I am accepting new clients! Anxiety is a b!tch - the heart racing, chest tightening, skin crawling, keeps you up all night kind. If you grew up in an emotionally or physically unsafe environment, been in inconsistent and unstable relationships, and live on edge with the fear of never reaching enoughness, then you get it. You find yourself being on guard, overachieving, people pleasing, and quieting your voice as a means to survive with the least amount of damage. You minimize your experiences and often say “I’m fine” when really you are living in your own personal hell and trauma is the prison keeper. You deserve to live an anxiety free and empowered life - establishing your own rules, setting boundaries, and confident in the way you show up in the world. Feeling relief without depending on anyone else's approval is not out of reach, and I'd love to help you get there. I show up as authentic, compassionate, non-judgmental, validating, and direct with my clients. My goal is to give you a space where you can be your full, explicit self.
