Gabriela (Gabi) Jump

Hi, my name is Gabi. ​ Hi, my name is Gabi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for Wisconsin. I specialize in the following therapy approaches: acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based modalities, emotionally-focused modalities, and solution focused brief therapy. Throughout our sessions, I work to incorporate evidence-based therapies that are research driven. While I may incorporate evidence based therapies, it is never a one size fits all approach. I like to describe myself as client centered in my practice - which means you are the expert and I will be a guide in your journey. This may look like noticing and breaking down your thoughts and behaviors to help facilitate gradual change in your everyday life. I value what it means to be your true authentic self, where we can show up for ourselves and others - even if it isn’t “perfect.”
