My clinical practice emphasizes a collaborative approach with my clients using evidence-based practices. Therapy can often be an awkward experience, which is why I focus on building trust and humanizing the process of therapy. I also view the client from a holistic perspective and recognize the impact of intersectional aspects of an individual in the process of healing. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. Together, we work to prioritize issues and help you find effective strategies to tackle them. I believe in supporting my clients and meeting them where they are to promote a sense of autonomy and well-being with an emphasis on their strengths.
