I believe we all need a little extra support from time to time. We get stuck. Overwhelmed. Fearful. And sometimes even when it feels like the walls are closing in, it can still be so hard to ask for help. It is my privilege to be there when people are ready to make that leap and ask for what they need. I understand how difficult it can be to make that call to a new therapist and tell a stranger about your life. I am committed to compassionate, intentional care. I utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to support my clients and equip people to make lasting change. I support people as they experience transitions, grief, anxiety and whatever other challenges life has to offer.
