Emma Ottenhoff
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Empowered therapy for deeply feeling and neurodivergent youth and adults.
I am passionate about helping sensitive people learn to embrace their emotional nature, celebrate authenticity, and feel more grounded. My clients often face perfectionism, intellectualizing emotions, a harsh inner critic, overwhelm and shame. Through our work together, we discover the power of self acceptance and strategies for amplifying your strengths. I have training and experience in working with neurodivergent people including those that are ADHD and autistic, as well as individuals who experience anxiety, OCD, self harm, suicidal ideation and a history of trauma. During our sessions, we will work together to prioritize a safe, connected relationship before peeling back the layers and dive deep into self discovery with a lens of curiosity, compassion and non-judgment. I value high quality care and use an integrative, intuitive approach that is both deeply relational and experiential, in order to customize care for each individual client.
