Emily Williams
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, Psychologist
I help anxious, driven adults set limits with their emotionally immature loved ones. Expert in treating adult ADHD, trauma, and children of narcissists.
As a trauma therapist and licensed clinical psychologist with 20+ years of experience, I’m committed to addressing and healing past emotional scars while also navigating current communication and boundary challenges. My treatment approach is not a bandaid—we’re rewiring the brain to create neural networks for transformation in your relationships, life, and business. In a world where emotional abuse is minimized and often misunderstood, I help others reclaim their lives and embrace joy. I began my career in university counseling centers and transitioned to private practice in 2019. Here's what's possible in our work together: -Gain practical knowledge and guidance on a wide range of issues, like how to deal with difficult people, build better relationships, prioritize what matters, and effectively cope with stress -Identify your emotions and figure out what to DO with them -Heal emotional wounds from the past so they don’t haunt your present or future -Develop skillsets for managing conflict well -Learn to laugh at yourself and develop self-compassion -Set and maintain boundaries so you can give freely (without feeling resentful or bitter) -Manage ADHD symptoms and thrive!
