Words are often not enough to articulate and make sense of difficult experiences and emotions. Through the process of art therapy, I help individuals gain insight, increase mindfulness, and move towards healing. Therapy starts with a supportive relationship in a welcoming environment. I take a collaborative approach with clients and use a combination of art therapy and talk therapy approaches to best support their therapy goals. Areas of specialty include anxiety, neurodiversity, life transitions, relationships, depression, trauma, and grief and loss.
