I enjoy working with people navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and stress related to life transitions.

I’m glad you’re here! I am certified as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, using a relational psychoanalytic approach, and integrate threads of art therapy in my practice. I have years of experience working in acute psychiatric settings, having worked with Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula and for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals in their Emergency Departments. I’ve completed two rigorous trainings with the Palo Alto Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program (PAPPTP) at Stanford University. After earning my master's degree in psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California in 2017, I spent a year working on O'ahu for the State of Hawai'i Department of Education facilitating individual and group psychotherapy and art therapy with children. Upon moving back to California in 2018, I spent several years within the acute locked psychiatric crisis setting at the Santa Cruz County Behavioral Health Center.
