20 years in practice

I provide therapy to clients of all identities struggling with anxiety, depression, pandemic-related issues, work/school stress, and more!

I am supportive, non-judgmental and use empathy balanced with directness and a sense of humor. My clinical approaches are based in person-centered, emotionally-focused, systems theories, internal family systems, and DBT (happy to tell you more about any of those!). I look forward to meeting you and discussing the unique aspects of your life and how I can help!
