I am supportive, non-judgmental and use empathy balanced with directness and a sense of humor. My clinical approaches are based in person-centered, emotionally-focused, systems theories, internal family systems, and DBT (happy to tell you more about any of those!). Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
