Elizabeth Hanson
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
With my clients I aim to hold a sacred emotional space for them where they can empower themselves through connection and care.
I want to individually understand how you have coped with life stressors thus far, learn your own relationship templates and explore how your past may be impacting your present difficulties. I hope to encourage a client to take responsibility over their own life while recognizing and validating the larger systems and realities that impact them. This awareness gives us a roadmap of how we can move through our world more adaptively.
