Right now, you're struggling. It takes courage to move to a new place. I'm grateful to be able to walk alongside you on your journey.

I'm a clinical mental health counselor with a knack for meeting folks where they are with humor and curiosity. I enjoy working with folks who have developmental trauma and histories that might include abuse. I am a queer, neurodivergent counselor. It is important to me that we look at your experience through the lens of our society and culture. It is also important that you know your identities are safe, as is your autonomy. You get to decide what happens. I'm trained in EMDR (eye movement, desensitization and reprocessing) which is an intervention used to facilitate healing for PTSD, trauma, depression and anxiety. I'm also certified in Expressive Arts Therapy, so we can use lots of different formats and interventions in our work together.
