I completed my psychiatry residency training at the University of Washington School of Medicine and earned my medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine in Houston, Texas. I believe that a variety of factors influence mental health and, in light of that, I have a holistic approach to treatment that incorporates aspects of psychodynamic and acceptance-commitment therapy. I enjoy designing treatment plans that consider a patient’s values and lived experiences. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, multicultural issues, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
