I am part of a practice that utilizes holistic care and offers several services along with therapy. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Illinois University. Then, my counseling career began in a community mental health center, which provided me with an opportunity to serve a wide variety of individuals and presenting issues. I utilize an eclectic approach in therapy, which includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Humanistic Therapy.
