Many of the people I work with understand their patterns intellectually but still find themselves caught in the same emotional loops.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by patterns they understand intellectually but still struggle to shift emotionally. They may be navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity-related stress, or burnout from constantly pushing through. Many are looking for a space where they can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and learn how to respond to their emotions in ways that feel more supportive and grounded. In our work together, we focus on understanding your patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses while building tools that support regulation, self-awareness, and self-compassion. Sessions often involve exploring how past experiences, relationships, and larger systems have shaped the ways you move through the world today. My work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive. As a queer, neurodivergent Latina counselor, I understand how identity and lived experience shape mental health. I aim to create a space where clients can explore their experiences without needing to explain or defend who they are. Some sessions focus on processing emotions and experiences, while others focus on building practical tools for navigating stress, boundaries, and life transitions. Together, we work at a pace that respects your capacity while supporting growth, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.
