Affirming: Neurodivergence, 2SLGBTQ+, & BIPOC || Trauma Informed || Resilience & Empowerment

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m looking forward to connecting! My mission as a counselor is to create a safe, affirming, and compassionate space where you feel celebrated and supported every step of the way. My approach is nonjudgmental and compassionate, rooted in the belief that fostering self-kindness and self-acceptance leads to sustainable growth—far more than shame or pressure ever could. I also take a systems-focused perspective, recognizing that your identities, culture, and the impact of oppressive systems are all part of your lived experience and deserve to be honored in our work together. Whether you’re looking for sessions centered on talking and processing, building skills and learning tools, or a mix of both, I’m here to meet you where you’re at and create a therapeutic space that feels truly yours.
