Daniel (Dan) Pogash
(He/Him/His)
Psychiatrist
I am a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist providing compassionate and personalized care to people of all backgrounds.
I am a board-certified Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist working with patients aged 6-60. My goal is to help you or your child with a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), peripartum mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I believe a critical component of Psychiatric care is understanding how personality, relationships, and individual life experiences factor into psychiatric conditions. I am closely attentive to the full spectrum of medical conditions as well as health and lifestyle choices which may contribute to or detract from your or your child’s ability to function optimally. I utilize evidence-based medicine in my approach to psychopharmacology, which means that I refer to the best available scientific research to guide my treatment decisions. However, I also recognize that every person and situation is unique, and sometimes the research doesn’t apply perfectly to any particular case. In those situations, I use my clinical judgment and experience to find the best approach for you.
