I enjoy helping clients reclaim power in their lives and discover a new path through their struggles using their strengths.

Using attachment-based theories and a strengths-focus, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and parents who are experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, conflict, divorce, blended families, parenting, grief & traumatic loss, abuse, domestic violence, attachment, personality disorders, self-esteem, shame, chronic pain/illness, elder caregiving, issues related to aging, and life transitions. I am a certified Prepare Enrich facilitator and have completed Gottman Level I & II training as well as additional training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy. As a speaker and group facilitator, I have led family-based groups for traumatic grief, parenting, blended families, setting boundaries, self-care, and emotional enrichment in the later years. I am also an experienced grief support group facilitator with specialized training in providing grief therapy and have additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention as well as Prolonged Exposure therapy. It is my belief that hope is foundational to mental health. If you are looking for a way to strengthen your hope for a better future, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.
