Helping you find hope and strength through all of life's challenges

I enjoy helping my clients to explore how their experiences have shaped their ways of seeing and interacting in relationships, work, and all areas of life. I aim to help my clients build hope that the changes they are seeking are truly within reach. I have had the opportunity to work with clients from many different backgrounds and identities. Everyone is welcome and supported here!
