Cora Ryan
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I'm so glad you're here! I work with all kinds of issues, and specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, relationship concerns, and sport & performance issues.
The importance of being heard and understood can’t be overstated. As a therapist, I feel honored to be trusted with the personal stories each client shares. I believe that a mutual trust is the most important part of the therapeutic relationship and that it is through this bond that changes are made. As a clinician, I use an integrated, strengths-based approach to therapy, finding value in conceptualizing client’s concerns through interpersonal and schema therapy models, while also incorporating interventions from biofeedback, CBT, ERP, and other evidence based approaches. I am trained as a generalist and therefore work with a diverse range of client populations and presenting concerns. Through additional training and clinical experience, I have expertise related to sport and performance psychology, OCD and anxiety-related disorders, self-esteem & body image concerns. As a former university staff psychologist, I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults. I currently see therapy clients 10 years and older.
