Academy of Certified Social Workers License (ACSW), Certified Trauma Professional, Counselor, Executive Function Coach, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Psychotherapist
Experienced therapist (15+ yrs) working with diverse populations. Open-minded, nonjudgmental, and passionate about supporting college students' growth.
College can be an exciting yet challenging time, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a licensed therapist, I provide a nonjudgmental, open-minded space where you can be yourself—no expectations, no pressure. Whether you're dealing with stress, identity exploration, relationships, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to offer support with warmth, understanding, and real talk. Hello, I’m Christine. My journey in mental health that began in the rich multicultural landscape of California, has given me a deep appreciation for the unique backgrounds and experiences that each individual brings. As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I am dedicated to providing inclusive and culturally competent care. My practice is built on a foundation of openness and non-judgment, ensuring a safe, welcoming space for all my clients. I also hold an addiction certificate, specializing in various addictions, including substance abuse and codependency. Additionally, I am Certified Trauma Specialist and TFCBT State rostered in North Carolina. These are among some of my specialties. Feel free to ask for a brief phone consult to gauge if we might a good fit.
