Christina Keller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She completed her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at East Carolina University. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Christina seeks to help people discover personal strengths on their path to tackling issues. Using a relationship lens, she focuses on helping people explore how they can implement what they learn in treatment to the world around them. Christina has experience working with a wide range of issues including relational, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep, and behavioral issues. She utilizes therapy models such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and solution-focused therapy to tailor therapy to what works best for her clients. Christina is originally from New York but has lived in North Carolina most of her life. Christina spends her free time with friends and family.
