Catherine (Katie) Rievert
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
My practice is inclusive, and welcomes people from all genders, sexualities, races, body sizes, relationship styles, and neurodiversity statuses.
You want to feel confident, strong, and in control of your life. You want to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck and feeling small. You want to feel like you can be yourself in your relationships, and not keep falling into shame spirals that drain you. You've tried so many things to help you become more assertive and stop taking on other people's problems. Books, deep breathing, and all the coping skills in the world only help temporarily, or not at all. You feel overwhelmed, fearful, disconnected, and misunderstood and you can't figure out why. I offer a space to explore your intersection of trauma and identity, and how it relates to the fear, codependency, and shame you feel in your life. I work with you to get to the deeper issues that keep you up at night by cultivating an environment that prioritizes the solutions that make the biggest impact first.
