Mindful, somatic therapy that grows your capacity for change and healing
Applying mindfulness to therapy can help you experience a new relationship with yourself and with others. Somatic therapy, such as Hakomi, NARM and Brainspotting, has you deeply listen to all parts of yourself, which allows access and support to places in you that talk therapy does not reach. My mind-body approach can help you discover unconscious patterns in your nervous system, body, and mind that keep you from living your life as you wish. As a 1st-generation graduate of UCSC, I am familiar with the ins and outs of the university. My work and travel in the Americas, Asia and Europe have contributed to my multicultural perspective, and I am culturally sensitive to my clients' identities. I provide a safe container for you to explore both what's holding you back and what's moving you forward. A caring and respectful therapeutic relationship is the foundation for positive change in therapy, and I honor the diversity that exists among human experiences.
