A warm welcome. I provide compassionate somatic (body/mind) therapy for those who identify as Highly Sensitive, Empathic, and/or Neurodivergent.

Are you a sensitive soul who feels everything deeply? Do you sometimes wonder if you were dropped into the wrong world—where loud noises, bright lights, and emotional chaos feel like too much? Maybe you've been called “too sensitive” or “too much” your whole life and you're exhausted from trying to shrink yourself to fit in. Whether you're navigating burnout, people-pleasing, sensory overload, or chronic self-doubt, therapy can help you reconnect with your true self: the creative, intuitive, wise being that’s been underneath the survival strategies all along. I work with empaths, highly sensitive, and neurodiverse women who want to stop masking, start healing, and finally feel like they belong. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and body-based. I blend talk therapy with somatic awareness, parts work, inner child healing, & nervous system support—because healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen.
