You more than the sum of the experiences that have happened to you, & all humans are resilient and can heal, thrive, & find wellness.

Cassie (she/her) is an optimistic and adaptable therapist that believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Cassie is passionate about helping you find an individualized and holistic approach that works for you to facilitate your own healing. She aims to empower the self-teacher and the self-healer inside each individual. Cassie works with clients who have faced a broad variety of experiences, & she has put special emphasis in gaining experience in working with individuals who have experienced complex grief and loss, life transitions, traumatic events, & race-based trauma. Cassie draws from training in a variety of holistic methods that assist in healing, including Art Therapy, SomaYoga, & Vinyasa yoga. Cassie operates from a trauma-informed & a healing centered approach. You more than the sum of the experiences that have happened to you, & all humans are resilient and can heal, thrive, & find wellness. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you where you're at & assist you on your healing journey, feel free to reach out. She's also open to getting a little non-traditional & incorporating things like astrology, energy & crystals. Cassie is down to earth, easy-going, & loves to break down barriers to make therapy seem less scary. Let's heal!
