Hello, I am passionate about helping individuals work through trauma and substance use issues along with other mental health disorders.
We work through many different evidenced based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, ACT Therapy, EMDR, and Client Centered Therapy. Our goal is to provide individualized care for each client based on their needs. I have been practicing for over 8 years now and have owned my own practice since 2019. My passion is to help individuals to reach their full potential and live a happy and healthy life.
