Dr. Carly Anderson co-owns Premier Sport Psychology and is a Sport Psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant specializing in sport psychology. With a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and years of experience working with elite athletes, teams, and organizations—including DI universities, national governing bodies of sport and women's professional sports teams —she is dedicated to helping athletes thrive and grow in both their personal and athletic development. A former NCAA team champion gymnast herself, Carly combines her expertise and sport background to support performance, mental health and overall well-being with clients. She is one of a variety of sport psych providers at Premier, so please don't hesitate to reach out, if you are seeking additional or alternate expertise.
