I utilize a CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness approach to help clients feel understood & supported as they explore trauma, anxiety, & other concerns.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina, I help individuals navigate and heal from life's challenges. With a Master's degree in Counseling from New York University (NYU), I bring a decade of experience as a spiritual life advisor and specialized training from my work at Fordham University's counseling center. I have a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by young adults and others dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story without judgment. Using a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, I work collaboratively with you to connect your past experiences with your present reality. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you build on your existing strengths and develop new coping skills. I am here to offer authentic and compassionate support as you work toward feeling more understood and empowered.
