Bri is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), having earned her Master of Science degree at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Bri has experience providing individual, couple, group, and family therapy in clinical settings, and has worked at inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. In addition, she was trained at the UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders. Bri provides therapy to adolescents and adults with a primary focus in eating disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, body image concerns, relationship issues, life transitions, and other life stressors. She understands that everyone brings their own unique story, strengths, and experiences to therapy. She tailors her approach to meet clients where they are, fostering a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental environment. Bri has a strong belief in evidence-based treatment to best serve her clients. She uses many treatment modalities supported by research including, ACT, DBT, CBT, and other modalities. Bri is a Health at Every Size (HAES) clinician, LGBTQIA+ affirming and an advocate for social justice.
