Connecting with individuals in a safe and comfortable environment and assisting in their life journey is my greatest aspiration as a therapist.

Connecting with individuals in a safe and comfortable environment and assisting in their journey to find the life they desire is my greatest aspiration as a therapist. Together we will develop your emotional and behavioral awareness and improve your overall functioning in ways that are beneficial and fulfilling. Talking to a therapist can help clients make positive changes and develop more productive, life-enhancing ways of functioning. I value a mind-body connection, and strive to share information with clients that will improve both their mental and physical well-being. With open and nonjudgmental communication, I partner with clients to build on their strengths and address challenges. The therapeutic practices, modalities and theories I utilize include a number of evidence-based treatments including Mindfulness Practice, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I have a wide variety of personal and professional life experience and feel I can relate well to many different facets of life.
