Bailey Rahn
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Pre-Licensed Professional, Psychotherapist
I support clients who are working through substance use, addictive behaviors, or other mental health concerns through trauma-informed approaches.
I am dually licensed to treat both mental health and substance use issues, and am passionate about providing a counseling space that allows clients to design their own goals. Substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and other addictive tendencies are among the issues I work with in my practice. As your supporter, I'll provide the questions and reflections to help you clarify what you feel is truly best for you. This is emphasized in substance use counseling, where you can feel in control of your own personal definitions of recovery. Whether you're looking for support in maintaining sobriety or building skills in moderation to cut back on alcohol and/or drugs, I believe therapy should meet you wherever you're at in your relationship to substances. Using trauma-informed approaches drawing from attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and sensorimotor psychotherapy, I strive to help clients understand how stress operates in the body and learn strategies that work with your nervous system rather than against it. I look forward to meeting and supporting you!
