As your psychologist, I am here to help you shift ineffective patterns, so you can embrace your most confident, joyous embodiment and fulfilling life.

I want you to imagine a world where you no longer need to mask who you really are and how you really feel. Imagine a world where the anxiety and fear of setting boundaries or expressing your needs don’t result in being burned out and dissatisfied or feeling unfulfilled and alone. No one wants to feel stuck, drained, or overextended. We all desire to have the insight to change our survival patterns and create more mutual fulfilling relationships in our lives. As a relational-cultural psychologist, I center your experience with cultural humility and sensitivity, and I recognize the oppressive systems that perpetuate the symptoms. I have over 5 years of training providing trauma-informed integrative care. I employ multiple skills and tools to help you explore the roots of your patterns, cultivate greater awareness, and to facilitate the change you wish to see. In turn, you will gain more clarity in your values, emotions, and desires to more effectively navigate life's storms. As your psychologist, I am here to help you shift self-limiting beliefs, ineffective coping patterns, and reactivity rooted in systemic oppression and generational trauma so you can create a fulfilling life.
