Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
UCSC students have long been my favorite clients. Whatever is going on for you, there's always hope. Gimme a call, I won't bite.
There is hope. I've worked with lots of folks on or off campus who feel hopeless, anxious, upset, angry, or confused, and often their lives improve with positive support. I've had many UCSC student clients over the years and am actively looking for more UCSC clients who are motivated to make positive change in their lives. My first goal in therapy is to listen with compassion and help build trust between us. We'll work in whatever way is comfortable for you, and when you're ready, we'll chart a course toward meaningful change. Whether I'm working just with you, or with you and a loved one, I'll value each person's perspective and help look for positive solutions. To learn more me and about therapy, see my video "Why Go to Therapy?" at https://bit.ly/2UG9Aur I love UCSC and the Santa Cruz area and have been living here for thirty years. I am a UCSC alum, earned two degrees there (and work out at OPERS daily, yay self-care). I've learned and taught in local schools, raised a family here, and I hope to help you along your journey. I value diversity and no matter your background, you are welcome here.
